At NewLeaf, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do, and we are always keen to hear from caring, motivated, and responsible individuals who want to make a meaningful difference.
We are seeking people who are compassionate, resilient, and committed to supporting young people aged 10–15 within our small residential children’s home in Enfield (EN3). You will play an important role in supporting emotional wellbeing, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging education, and helping young people develop confidence and life skills.
Working at NewLeaf means being part of a small, supportive team where safeguarding, professionalism, and reflective practice are central to our values. We provide structured induction, ongoing training, and regular supervision to help staff grow and succeed in their roles.
All roles are subject to safer recruitment procedures, including enhanced DBS checks, references, and suitability assessments.
